Curber? What is a curber? - They are a person(s) without a licence who is selling cars. They don't have any regard for the laws, your safety, or your money. They are out to make a quick buck by selling vehicles that may have sustained major damage or be a stolen vehicle.
When in doubt, check the web site of the Motor Vehicle Sales Authority of British Columbia. They are an independent agency that provides resources to consumers when purchasing motor vehicles.
